 JOHN
FRANKLIN LEHMAN, JR., 69, passed away August 26,
2013. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years,
Linda; children Jeff Lehman and wife, Lou and Ashley
Lehman Cook and husband JR; grandchildren, Taylor
and John Cook; sisters Ruth Scott and husband
Winfield and Ann Swope and husband, Jeff. John was
born December 22, 1943 and was a graduate of
Highland Park High School and obtained his B.A. from
the University of North Texas. A prankster with a
bold sense of humor and an easy smile, he was always
up for a good time. His entrepreneurial spirit
enabled him to open many business endeavors
including the North Dallas County Farmers Market and
Lehman's Office Furniture. His love surrounded his
family and friends and will persist through his
memory. The family would like to express their
gratitude to the medical staff at U.T. Southwestern.
A memorial service will be held at Park Cities
Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, September 4, 2013
at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be
made to U.T. Southwestern /Bladder Cancer Research. |
